My name is Erica, I am a 20 year old vegan girl living in Upstate NY. I have a dream to one day open up a little shop with a vegan cafe where I will sell all of my yummy food, a stage for local bands to play and a kick ass loft where people can be artists. For now, I just sell a lot of books on Amazon, take classes about social justice, volunteer with Food Not Bombs and hang out with my amazing boyfriend, Anthony.
